An exciting job opportunity has just arisen for a motivated RGN to work with one of the UK’s leading care company. You will be working in a highly reputable service within the Stoneycroft, Liverpool area.

Our qualified nurses are on hand 24 hours a day to provide the highest standard of care. They are supported by a well-trained and dedicated team of carers and support staff. An activity organiser is employed to engage service users in meaningful activities and to encourage service users to become involved in outings and events within the home. The care home providing a wide range of services, including: general nursing, short term, respite and palliative care.  

An ideal Nurse must have the following skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         Must be a NMC Registered Nurse

·         The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements

·         Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships

·         Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role

·         Respectful of the values, views and needs of others

·         Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload

·         Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly health care sector

·         People Management experience

·         Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £16.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £37,752. This exciting position is on for nights only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
